All purchases can be returned via mail.

Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt and must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. Movies, supplements, accessories, and collectibles cannot be returned if opened. GiftCards or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned.

For your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping.

Refunds:

• Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.

• e-GiftCard Purchases: Your refund will be issued in the form of an e-GiftCard good for purchases on our website.

• Gift Recipients: Your refund will be issued in the form of an e-GiftCard good for purchases on our website.

Shipping/Handling:

If the return is a result of our error, return the item for a refund of the appropriate shipping costs

Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including supplements and accessories.

Tax:

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
All sales on collars are final.
