All purchases can be returned via mail.
Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt and must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. Movies, supplements, accessories, and collectibles cannot be returned if opened. GiftCards or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned.
For your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping.
